All ZELVIX products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty is available upon registration through our Warranty Activation page.

Visit the "Activate Warranty" page, fill in your product details, upload your purchase invoice, and submit. You'll receive a unique Warranty ID immediately upon submission.

We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. Items must be in original condition with packaging. Contact us at support@zelvix.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Yes! We offer COD across most pin codes in India. Select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery person.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for select pin codes. All orders above Rs.999 qualify for free shipping.

Yes! The ZELVIX Z120 supports USB-C Power Delivery (PD) up to 120W on a single port. It can charge a MacBook Pro 16" at full speed. It's also compatible with all smartphones, tablets, and laptops that support USB-C charging.

Absolutely. The Z120 has 3 ports (2x USB-C + 1x USB-A). It intelligently distributes power — if only one device is connected, it receives full 120W. With multiple devices, power is split smartly based on each device's needs.
