FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is GaN charging technology?
+
GaN (Gallium Nitride) is a next-generation semiconductor material that allows chargers to be significantly smaller and more efficient than traditional silicon-based chargers. ZELVIX GaN chargers can deliver the same or higher wattage in a much more compact form factor, generating less heat in the process.
How do I know which charger is compatible with my device?
+
All ZELVIX chargers support USB Power Delivery (PD) and are compatible with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and accessories from Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Google, and other leading brands. Check the product specification page for wattage details to ensure it meets your device's requirements.
Can I use one charger for multiple devices simultaneously?
+
Yes β ZELVIX multi-port chargers intelligently distribute power across all connected devices. Note that total output is shared, so individual port speeds may vary when multiple devices charge simultaneously.

Are ZELVIX cables MFi or USB-IF certified?
+
Yes. ZELVIX USB-C and Lightning cables are certified to relevant standards. Certification details are listed on individual product pages. Certified cables ensure safe, optimized charging and data transfer.
My charger is getting hot β is that normal?
+
Some warmth during charging is normal, especially at higher wattages. ZELVIX GaN chargers are designed with temperature management, but they should never become uncomfortably hot to touch. If your charger is excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact our support team.
